1. Vymeň posteľ za stôl

Možno sklameme veľa ľudí, ale posteľ nie je určená pre online prednášku. Keď si sadneme za stôl, náš mozog si uvedomí začiatok práce. Je to kvôli tomu, že sme od malička zo školy naučení pri sústredení sedieť.

Učenie za stolom ocení aj naše telo, najmä chrbtica. Nebude tak trpieť pri hrbení sa či iných pokrútených pozíciách v posteli.

2. Urob si poriadok na stole

Nie nadarmo sa hovorí, kto má poriadok doma, má poriadok v živote. Platí to aj pre online prednášky. Vždy pred vyučovaním by si mal každý z nás upratať alebo zorganizovať stôl, odkiaľ bude počúvať.

Na stole by nemalo byť nič rušivé, čo odpúta našu pozornosť. Ideálne je mať pri sebe podklady k štúdiu, papier s perom na nejaké poznámky a počítač. Okrem toho aj vodu s niečím na zahryznutie, aby sme neodbiehali, keď budeme smädní alebo hladní.

3. Buď off-line proti prokrastinácii

Najväčším nepriateľom pri snahe učiť sa je mobil. Ak nemáme zapnutú webkameru, nikto nevidí, že si počas celej prednášky pozeráme Instagram alebo píšeme so spolužiakmi.

Účinným riešením, ako sa vyhnúť prokrastinácii, je nechať si mobil v inej izbe. Vypni ho pred prednáškou alebo si nastav režim sústredenia. Väčšina mobilov už má túto funkciu alebo sa dá zadarmo stiahnuť. Zariadenie bude zapnuté, len rušivé aplikácie sa vypnú.

4. Ostaň v miestnosti sám

Rozprávanie sa s členom rodiny či spolubývajúcim počas hodiny tiež nie je ideálne. Pokiaľ sa doma niekto nachádza, najlepšie je požiadať ho, aby odišiel do inej miestnosti.

Sami sa nerušene koncentrujeme na prednášku. Pokiaľ to inak nejde a musíte byť v miestnosti viacerí, odporúčame použiť slúchadlá.
